Modelling for sensual art / pictures

This information is provided for models who wish to model for sensual either for themselves or as works of art for sale.

Unless a specific look is required please following general guide.

Maximising your income.

As your income is based on the sales of the art that you model in, it is important that you look your best and as sensual / sexy as possible at the photo shoot. It is in your interests to work with our team to produce stunning works of art that people want to buy. You can discuss poses and bring sexy clothing etc. with you to the photo shoot, however please do not wear tight clothing before the photo shoot as this leaves marks.

Why is being prepared so important?

Firstly if you are not prepared it shows a lack of commitment and we may need to cancel the photo shoot. Not only will you have wasted your time and our time but we are very unlikely re-schedule.

What happens if you have a problem?

You can email or if it is urgent phone 078 104 650 98 and discuss it, do not wait. Write this number down somewhere and keep it with you just in case you need it.

No tight clothing for 4 hours before the photo shoot.

Tight clothing causes marks and bumps on the skin which is not very attractive. As these marks and bumps generally take hours to subside please avoid wearing any tight or elasticated clothing (including bras and other tight underwear), for at least the 4 hours prior the photo shoot. Stick to very loose clothing that will not leave marks, if you do not have loose underwear stay natural for the 4 hours before the shoot.

You must be alert at the photo shoot.

It is important when attending a photo shoot that you are alert. If you look tired, haggard or under the weather, not to mention under the influence of anything we may need to abort the photo shoot; either because you are not in a fit state to be in the studio or the images will be useless. Do not go out on the town the night before a photo shoot or stay up all night it shows. You will look dull and lifeless especially in the face and eyes. Your expression, look in your eyes and stance all contribute to a great sensual image.

Clean, neat and tidy.

You need to look good to feel good. When you feel good you will look more attractive, be it a natural look or a "Dressed to kill" look. Unless otherwise discussed and agreed as long as your hair is neat and tidy, nails are neat (including toe nails), shaved, waxed or what ever is required for you to show yourself off on the best way you should be fine.

Hair.

As mentioned above your hair needs to be neat. Please avoid using hair products that will make your hair very oily or glitter, as this can be a problem with image quality and can cause flare under the lights.

Makeup.

In general:

Avoid using heavy face makeup. Use makeup sparingly and avoid any caking.
Do not use dark makeup around your eyes, as this generally comes out darker on the photographs and does not look good.
Lips, please avoid glossy lipstick as this often causes unwanted reflections.
If there is a specific theme (sophisticated, hot etc.) for the photo shoot try to match this as closely as possible.

Tans.

You can do sensual modelling with or without a tan it is not a requirement. While a partial tan can look very sensual we suggest a full body tan if you are going to tan. If you are interested in knowing more about fake tanning click here

What to bring with you.

Bring a range of makeup for touching up or to change your look as required.

Hair brush.

A wrap.

You are welcome to bring any clothing or other items that you think would help to make a great sensual picture. It could be some sexy underwear, a sexy creation (i.e. Ann Summers), something cheeky, a top, skirt, heels, boots, hat, scarf, wig, hair piece, sporting equipment, a piece of nice material that could be draped over you etc. etc.

The more sensual the images we create of you, the more likely they are generate you a significant income.

TIP: Consider also bringing a picture / poster of someone you fancy (an actor, band, sports person etc), as it can help you during a sensual photo shoot. This is highly recommended for models who are new to sensual modeling.
