Since early childhood I have always had a love of art and passionately believe in the way it can effect the mind. I have been creating art, writings and music all my life.

While my earlier works included more conventional art, including pastels and sketching, I have developed an interest in graphic art and regularly produce work for publication. I have had an interest in the holistic approach to healing and well being and teach relaxation techniques and meditation, which in turn influences my art. I find that art affects the mood and atmosphere of the home and office and my recent work includes pictures that range from tranquil, to stunning and vibrant and complements my Inner harmony relaxation music CD.

My art

Colourful art can, and does change the ambience of the home or workplace. In today's busy life a beautiful piece of artwork can calm the mind and, used in conjunction with relaxing music, will reduce stress. Stunning and vibrant pieces can provide high impact and uplift the mind and body. Do not take my word for it, please click here to view some of my art now or click here to order my Inner harmony CD.

A perspective of these pictures
From vibrant colours or tranquil moods. Escape into these evocative pictures – you will see something different every time.

We have divided our online art into four catagories:

  • Fantasy art - These are ideal for childrens bedrooms, play rooms and other areas where a sence of fun is required.
  • Natural art - Our natural art images are a selection of top quality photography.
  • Tranquil art - These vary from the tranquil to the dramatic. The tranquil images provide a calming effect and are ideal for use to induce relaxation.
  • Sensual art - Items in this gallery include art based on the human form.

My music

Music is a universal language that speaks volumes. It can rapidly change your mood – uplift you or depress you. Since childhood, and with music in my soul, I have become sensitised to the language of music. As a practising complementary therapist, I am constantly irritated by dominating rhythms and brash notes when I am trying to quieten the mind of my clients. Repeated periods of stress are some of the main causes of high blood pressure, strokes, cancer and other life limiting diseases. Following years of research and experience, I have created my Inner Harmony CD specifically to bring tranquillity to the listener. The music has been extensively tried and tested, with sometimes amazing results. It has been proved to reduce heart rate and blood pressure and it is already in demand. Take your first step to relaxation and meditation and place your order today.

My love for photography dates back to my school days but really started to take off when I moved overseas. It became both a hobby and part of my work.

The combination of the two brought numerous challenges and opportunities including:

  • Wildlife photography in Southern Africa.
  • Animal and pet photography.
  • Landscapes and natural photography.
  • Macro photography of subjects such as orchids.
  • Industrial photography.
  • Underground photography.
  • High speed photography (30000 fps).
  • Portraiture.
  • Product photography.
  • Time lapse photography
Having a technical and IT background I enjoy taking photographs that pose a challenge.
